Team Lead, Commercial Claims

The Team Lead of Claims is responsible for managing a team of claims brokers and improving our systems and processes. In this role, you will also work with our clients and deliver advice, follow ups and guidance with claims. Responsibilities include claims support by advising clients when they report a claim, providing empathy and insurance expertise when working with clients who have suffered a loss and leadership by inspiring others to learn as well and building up others to do things that are more challenging. The role is accountable for managing and driving performance to exceed company targets, by conducting team meetings and impactful performance plans to elevate results.
