Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business partners to understand current operations and how systems may improve productivity and quality.
- Conduct analysis to determine the best approach for addressing business problems, including process improvements and system enhancements.
- Ensure product satisfies end-user requirements by actively representing business users in product testing and evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required with 5 years’ experience in Business Process development; Healthcare Systems and Operations experience preferred.
- Strong relationship-building, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Must possess intermediate skills with MS Excel and Power BI and be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Conditions and Benefits:
- This is a remote role with a base compensation range of $76,000 to $94,000 per year.
