Director, Corporate Alliance

The Director, Corporate Alliance plays a crucial role in managing the Corporate Alliance team, supporting key employer partnerships, and improving the team's overall contribution. Responsibilities include developing and leading Corporate Alliance Managers, overseeing performance management, and fostering team member development. The role requires developing and deploying strategies to ensure coordination between Career Services teams and to ensure partner requisitions are filled promptly.

This leader will oversee collaboration between Account Managers and corporate partners to ensure sustained growth and success. The director must proactively identify and understand corporate partner needs and communicate these clearly to all Career Services stakeholders. Ensuring effective graduate outreach and follow-up is also a key component. The position involves leading, coaching, and developing employees, fostering a positive culture, and providing feedback. The director must also be able to influence practices, communicate with executive leadership, and handle complex problems collaboratively.
