Finance Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Mission:

• Play a key role in building and scaling the Finance function as voize grows internationally.
• Own financial processes from budgeting and forecasting to management reporting and preparatory accounting.
• Build a modern, technology-enabled Finance function by connecting systems and automating workflows.

Your Daily Business:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with clear insights into business performance.
• Drive financial reporting and analysis with models, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
• Own and improve operational finance processes including accounting, reconciliations, and month-end preparation.

Your Skillset:

• 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, or Accounting.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking with ability to turn numbers into clear recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with AI automation and modern finance systems tools.
