Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Perform age-appropriate history and virtual examinations, diagnose and recommend treatment plans.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, evaluate and manage pediatric and adult acute care, chronic disease, and mental health conditions.
  • Maintain active knowledge of current medical research and provide cross-coverage for lab result reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with a completed 3-year residency and 3+ years post-residency in urgent care or primary care.
  • Active state medical license in at least one IMLC state, with experience caring for all ages and proficiency with technology.
  • Ability to function within an integrated practice, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule:

  • 1,664 annual hours (32 hours per week), with mandatory weekday evening shifts, every other weekend day/evening rotation, and 3 holiday shifts per year.
  • Must be comfortable with contractual scheduling requirements including minimum 8 evening hours per week and weekend coverage.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Guaranteed base salary of $180,000/year plus equity and benefits, with productivity incentives for exceeding visit targets.
