About the role:
- Combine hands-on full stack development with technical leadership of a small engineering team.
- Own the full application lifecycle from solution design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Build scalable applications with Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular, and event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.
- Develop secure REST and GraphQL APIs and deploy cloud-native services on Azure and AWS.
- Strengthen DevOps practices with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AI workflow integration.
Requirements:
- Strong backend and frontend proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, React, Angular, and API development.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS, plus DevOps and infrastructure as code.
- Proven leadership of a small engineering team and ability to drive technical decisions collaboratively.
