Job Description
As a Sales Assistant, you play a key role in the business sales cycle by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of client proposals. You are responsible for managing the proposal process end-to-end—evaluating feasibility, securing competitive pricing, and aligning with client expectations. You will also engage directly with clients, consistently representing QQFS with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring all proposals are properly allocated and delivered on time. You will contribute to a collaborative environment within the Account Executive team and work closely with the Client Service Directors and Business Development Director, providing proposal support and proactively contributing to strategic sales efforts. Apply pricing and feasibility guidelines, leveraging market insights and fieldwork team input to ensure accuracy. Build trusted partnerships through proactive and professional communication. Anticipate challenges and manage expectations.
