Senior Recruiter

Looking for a Senior Recruiter to spearhead Sales/GTM hiring, including key executive roles, and build a high-performance team that drives our revenue and go-to-market strategies. This role owns the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing to closing, and works closely with leadership to deliver exceptional talent. Responsibilities include owning full-cycle recruiting, executive hiring experience, building talent pipelines, collaborating with leadership, driving operational excellence, selling the vision, and champion culture. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience, executive search expertise, is startup ready, a talent strategist, network builder, proactive and data-driven, a storyteller & closer, and mission-driven.
