Accounts Receivable Specialist (Remote)

The Accounts Receivable Specialist (ARS) will primarily focus on reviewing sales orders for billing, invoicing, and customer collections, ensuring cash receipts are applied to the appropriate invoice daily. The CAS will collaborate with all areas of the business, requiring collaboration with internal & external stakeholders. They will process cash receipts, communicate unapplied payments, research & resolve unapplied payments, and contact customers for remittances & payment verification. The ARS will implement solutions that enhance cash application efficiencies, analyze trends, manage variances related to cash discounts, reconcile payment issues, and process credit card payments. They will ensure payments are reconciled in the ERP and bank daily & monthly, document collection activities, and prepare reports on cash application performance. Must maintain duties with accuracy, consistency, and quality in a fast-paced agile environment.
