Position Summary:
- Own the day-to-day accounting, compliance, and reporting function across three connected entities.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for financial picture, freeing the COO to focus on strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly close, produce reports with variance commentary, and manage compliance calendar.
- Build rolling cash flow forecasts, annual budgets, and maintain internal controls.
- Manage bookkeeper, own expense system, and lead audit preparation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in controller or senior accounting role with multi-entity nonprofit experience.
- Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct and Ramp; CPA preferred.
