Your Impact:
- Build the infrastructure and operational standards that determine the reliability and scalability of a platform.
- Shape how hundreds of developers and teams building on Chainlink experience the network.
- Design the operational model and automation that lets the NOP network grow efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven end-to-end ownership of infrastructure or operational products.
- Demonstrated ability to automate or systematically reduce manual operational workflows at scale.
- Experience operating across multiple stakeholder groups simultaneously, including internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in crypto, blockchain infrastructure, or node/validator operations environments.
- Experience building or owning internal tooling such as portals, dashboards, or workflow systems.
