Job Description
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a qualified Employment Law Attorney to provide in-house legal support. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented attorney with 2-4 years of experience, specifically in employment law. Key Responsibilities include providing guidance to management and HR teams, analyzing labor and employment law issues, and developing strategies to avoid legal issues. You will also advise and represent the company on various matters, draft employment policies, and oversee labor and employment aspects of transactions. Representing the company in investigations and defending against claims are also key components of this role.
The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, 2–4 years of employment law experience, and litigation experience. Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail.
