Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily priorities and workload of the Application Specialists team, monitoring funnel metrics and implementing corrective actions to meet performance targets.
  • Conduct regular coaching through one-on-ones and call reviews to develop team skills and address performance gaps, utilizing data to guide strategies.

Partner Expertise and Management:

  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of the assigned partner institution's admissions systems, policies, and student journey to train and guide the APS team effectively.
  • Represent PKH as the primary admissions expert in partner meetings, manage escalation of student issues, and advocate for operational improvements based on feedback.

Secondary and Operational Duties:

  • Support new partner launches by validating workflows and systems, identifying risks, and ensuring team readiness prior to go-live.
  • Monitor data integrity and compliance with regulations, while collaborating across departments to ensure holistic student and partner outcomes.

Role Requirements and Context:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in higher education admissions or enrollment management, with preferred leadership experience in an online adult learner setting.
  • Position is remote with periodic travel and may require occasional evening or weekend work during peak periods to meet partner and operational needs.
