Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the FASTER Initiative to enhance the student journey, ensuring transparent and repeatable delivery of consulting services.
- Manage partnership development from prospecting to close, including drafting agreements and facilitating seamless client onboarding.
Relationship Management:
- Build lasting relationships with UNC System Office leaders and university partners, communicating credibly at all organizational levels.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, admissions, and student services teams to identify new solutions.
Strategic Influence:
- Synthesize lessons from partnerships to inform System-wide policy and practice improvements.
- Position PKH as a test bed for innovative practices, evaluating and presenting results to university and System leaders.
