What You'll Own:

  • Paid Media (Meta & Google): Lead and develop an in-house paid media team responsible for Meta and Google advertising. Own strategy, budget allocation, creative direction, and performance across both platforms.
  • Influencer & Affiliate: Oversee an in-house team managing influencer partnerships and the affiliate program. Build scalable systems for creator sourcing, contracting, content oversight, and performance measurement.
  • Amazon: Manage the relationship with our Amazon agency partner, ensuring strong execution on listings, A+ content, and sponsored ads.

What We Require:

  • Proven track record of scaling DTC paid media budgets to $50M+ per year — this is non-negotiable.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Meta and Google advertising, including strategy, creative testing, and performance optimization.
  • Experience managing a growth team — you know how to hire, develop, and hold a team accountable.

What Success Looks Like:

  • In your first 90 days, you'll have a comprehensive audit of current growth performance, a clear budget allocation strategy, and a TikTok launch plan.
  • Within six months, you'll have improved cross-channel efficiency, a high-performing team structure, and early TikTok results.
  • At the one-year mark, you'll have meaningfully scaled revenue, proven multi-channel growth systems, and a team that operates at a high level without you in every decision.
