Forward Deployed Software Engineer – Applied AI FDE

ServiceNow's Applied AI Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team partners with strategic customers to shape the future of enterprise AI, identifying opportunities, accelerating business outcomes, and building reusable AI-native solutions that advance the Now AI Platform. As a Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer (FDSE), you will build solution-ready LLM-enabled applications, operate in the field, codify reusable assets, and shape developer experience by sharing feedback with platform and product teams. You'll deliver production-ready solutions in agile sprints, engineer with versatility, operate with agility, codify patterns, and influence the platform. Experience in leveraging AI, 8+ years of software engineering, system architecture knowledge, and LLM tooling familiarity are required.
