Job Description
This is a role focused on designing and executing change strategies that support the successful rollout and long-term adoption of the OKR framework, ensuring alignment with overall business priorities. The role involves partnering with the SVP of Strategic Initiatives and key stakeholders to build cohesive enablement, communication, and adoption campaigns that drive engagement.
Responsibilities include leading stakeholder and impact analyses to assess organizational readiness, identifying change barriers, and tailoring strategies across regions, functions, and roles. It requires building trusted relationships with senior leaders to drive sponsorship and collaborating with the Global Learning & Development team to shape training experiences. Additional tasks include creating communication plans, coaching teams on change management best practices, tracking adoption metrics, serving as an internal change advocate, establishing a network of OKR champions, and adapting strategies for global teams.
