Senior Product Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive product vision, strategy, and lifecycle from concept to launch, balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability.
• Lead advanced customer discovery and market insight by conducting interviews, usability testing, and workflow observations.
• Own execution and delivery using agile ceremonies and prioritization frameworks, partnering with engineering and content teams.

Core Competencies:

• Demonstrate strategic vision and autonomy to convert ambiguous goals into executable product strategies.
• Exhibit advanced discovery and UX awareness to extract root user problems from complex clinical environments.
• Possess cross-functional influence to build consensus across technical and domain-specific teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, platform, edtech, healthcare, or VR/AR.
• 5+ years managing complex product domains from concept through commercial launch.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes and managing cross-functional dependencies.
