Director, Product Management

Product Strategy & Vision:

• Define and drive the long-term product vision aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Translate business strategy into a clear, prioritized product roadmap.
• Identify new product opportunities through customer insights, data, and market trends.

Execution & Delivery:

• Oversee end-to-end product design and development from concept through launch and iteration.
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of product initiatives.
• Balance speed, quality, and innovation in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership & Team Building:

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management team.
• Establish clear goals, processes, and accountability across the product organization.
• Instill a culture of ownership, quality, and customer empathy and curiosity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver best-in-class B2B analytical products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure strong product-market fit.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally and support Product Marketing positioning.
