Job Description
Primary responsibilities include providing project management, administrative, and strategic support across multiple regional initiatives. The Director will lead and assist in launching and stabilizing new services and programs, support marketing, RFP responses, and the development of new business opportunities. They will offer interim leadership during upper management vacancies and drive policy development, quality improvement, and organizational innovation. Collaboration with senior management to shape systems that support efficiency, compliance, and service excellence is key.
The Special Project Director’s schedule must be flexible in order to provide timely support as needs arise. Usual hours are business hours Monday through Friday. Position requires extended overnight travel.
