Accounting Coordinator

Transactional Processes:

• Generate, review, and submit invoices, payments, purchase/standing orders, and expense reports ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate payment and billing queries from staff, project teams, and external vendors to resolve discrepancies.

Project Finance:

• Coordinate, monitor, and process project site payments and recoverable expenses, including activity logging and reporting.
• Create and distribute regulatory and ad hoc reports for sites, sponsors, and project teams.

Finance Support:

• Respond to inquiries, prepare journal entries, and perform account reconciliations under the direction of senior management.
• Assist with complex reconciliations, financial system testing, and user training for internal teams.

Projects Support:

• Support special projects including process documentation and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement with finance leadership.
