Job Description
This pivotal role requires someone who can lead with purpose, build trust across the national distributor network, and drive strategic execution in alignment with commercial goals. As the primary contact for selected channel partners, the Channel Manager will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute a cohesive channel strategy, supporting growth at customers and ensuring the distribution network operates with transparency, alignment, and results. Responsibilities include managing relationships with partners (single point of contact), maintaining engagement, creating and executing a national channel strategy, maintaining commercial agreements, implementing the channel policy, and onboarding new channel partners. Bachelorβs degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent work experience is required. The candidate should have proven experience working with industrial distributors and strong communication skills. This is a fully remote position and can be based in any U.S. city near a major airport.
