Job Description
This role is part of a dedicated team of 11 individuals who focus on our customerβs experience through meticulous customer data validation related to finance and legal compliance with quotes. The Sales Operations Compliance & Contracts Rep works closely with various departments, including Sales, Legal, Marketplace, and Finance, to deliver seamless internal customer service while strictly adhering to corporate compliance policies. The team plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures, as well as streamlining effective processes to enhance our service delivery.As a contact for internal customers, you have excellent communication and time management skills that will allow you to manage the high volume of requests and issues you will be dealing with on a day-to-day basis. Process the high volume of Marketplace requests by creating opportunities and sales orders in NetSuite legacy system. Process the re-contracting requests with the Customer Success Management teams. You will be responsible for pricing and deal compliance, analysis, and reporting to support our contract process. Process the wet sign requests by reviewing & setting up the documents for internal signatures, moving the opportunity to Stage 7 and creating an Agreement Reference in Salesforce
