The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for actively driving and managing the post sales process with Enterprise-level customers. Become a trusted Advisor by building partnership with both business and technical decision-makers. The TAM must be able to articulate the company's technology and solutions positioning to both business and technical users. Analyze business needs and translate them into technical goals leading to powerful outcomes for our customers. Create success plans. Mitigate and identify all technical and business risks of assigned accounts to ensure unified action plan is in place.
