Risk Strategy & Enforcement:
- Own the firm's overall risk posture and enforcement strategy.
- Exercise authority to block risk-relevant initiatives before launch.
- Translate data signals into enforceable policies with clear criteria and escalation paths.
Trade Surveillance:
- Own trade surveillance end to end and anticipate exploits before they appear.
- Build new detection logic and policies that become tomorrow's enforcement standards.
- Calibrate enforcement based on actual financial impact.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and develop the Senior Risk Analyst and the broader surveillance team.
- Build the organizational structure required to scale the firm's risk function.
- Partner closely with the Head of Payments and Identity to share critical fraud and identity signals.
