Job Description
The Customer Experience Specialist serves as the primary contact for customers, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and other departments to address their inquiries. This role partners with the Sales leadership team to drive key initiatives, aiding Flowserve in achieving its objectives and maximizing sales bookings and opportunity pipelines. The CES leverages data strategically to provide decision support, accurate sales quota forecasting, and sales productivity reporting and efficiency analysis. Responsibilities include promoting a positive working atmosphere, managing aftermarket quotes, reviewing customer specifications, and generating timely proposals. They also monitor the proposal cycle, maintain records, and support forecast accuracy and improvement projects. Other duties as assigned.
