About the Role:

  • Work closely with the Coaching Director to translate product strategy into shipped experiences.
  • Own execution across 1-on-1 and group coaching products.
  • Partner with dev, design, data, and marketing teams to drive key metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and operationalize the coaching product strategy across all coaching offerings.
  • Track and report on key product metrics: conversion, LTV, retention, extension, and engagement.
  • Optimize the client experience to drive meaningful outcomes from first touch through long-term engagement.

Requirements:

  • Deeply data-driven; use analytics to make decisions and solve problems.
  • Proven conversion experience in moving people through a funnel.
  • Strong design sensibility and comfort with AI tools to accelerate work.
