The Partner Success Specialist’s mission at Happy Money is to deliver meaningful value to our customers, drive mutual growth, and cultivate partnerships that naturally lead to advocacy and long-term success. This role assists with daily partner engagement, including communications, operational activities, and inquiry management of our financial partners.
Responsibilities include supporting sales team in managing relationships with new and existing partners, ensuring strong communication, acting as a liaison between teams, and supporting retention. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in B2B sales and relationship management, in-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, and strong interpersonal skills.
