Key Responsibilities:
- Own the corporate demand forecast for neffy, used for operating plan, S&OP, and external guidance.
- Lead commercial assessments for pipeline and business development targets, including peak sales and risk-adjusted value.
- Direct the Market Insights and CI function, setting research agenda and ensuring alignment with brand planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/advanced degree preferred with 15+ years of experience, 8+ in life sciences.
- Expertise in commercial disciplines like forecasting, analytics, product strategy, and market research.
- Proven ability to present complex data to executives, Board, and investors.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for evaluating forecasts and market models.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on style suited to a fast-paced biotechnology environment.
