Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, identifying additional needs, and helping them achieve their business and compliance goals. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, conducting regular check-ins, identifying needs for additional services, working closely with internal teams, addressing client concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
