Job Description
Take end-to-end accountability for customer service delivery in the international automotive market. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry, with extensive expertise in Service, Delivery, Partner management, or as a technical Product Owner. This role involves managing service quality, optimizing portfolios, and collaborating with top management to drive success.
Manage service delivery using ITIL frameworks (incident, problem, change management). Build and maintain strong client relationships. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple projects. Drive continuous improvement and cost management. Ensure end-to-end delivery and service quality for customers.
Collaborate with portfolio owners for optimized service delivery. Implement efficiency improvement measures and handle escalations. Monitor quality at the delivery unit level. Communicate regularly with delivery teams, suppliers, and customers.
