About the Role:

- Build and manage a team including Payroll Implementation Managers, Clerks, and Support.
Responsibilities:
- Refine payroll implementation processes to ensure ongoing compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve payroll errors, owning long-term solutions through product and process improvements.
- Deliver payroll and tax guidance in customer-facing role to support onboarding and sales.
