Position Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Portuguese, translating and communicating clearly across both languages.
  • Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries, maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance goals, escalating complex issues and following company policies and procedures.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED, and bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
  • Possess excellent listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required, with prior experience in a bilingual customer service role preferred.
