Legal Client Advisor

The Role:

• You'll be a crucial link between Expert Institute and attorney-clients, directly impacting case outcomes through expert witness selection and strategic consulting.
• This role combines legal analysis, client service, and project management in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorneys and analyze case theories to develop targeted expert witness search strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality of all deliverables.
• Build strong relationships with attorney clients, present findings, and proactively resolve challenges as a trusted advisor.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts with 1-3 years of client or customer service experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities.
