Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will lead projects related to private health insurance benefits, pricing, and vendor onboarding. Your responsibilities include benchmarking health insurance offerings, creating SOPs, and maintaining knowledge bases. You will analyze revenue, margins, and performance metrics, collaborate with various teams, manage vendor relationships, and handle client escalations related to health insurance. You will also support compliance reviews, manage invoicing, and drive product improvements by identifying operational pain points and collaborating with Product to scope and prioritize platform automation.
