Clinical Strategy Manager, Provider Product

As the Clinical Strategy Manager for Provider Product at Headway, you will play a critical role in shaping our provider-facing technology by embedding clinical expertise into the product development lifecycle. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, and Customer Experience teams to ensure our tools are safe, compliant, and designed to promote patient safety, clinical quality, and provider engagement. You’ll bring clinical insight, research, and provider feedback to inform product decisions, helping to drive roadmap execution, documentation, and training. This role requires strong collaboration, clear communication, and the ability to execute both independently and within cross-functional teams. Your work will directly support our mission to build a best-in-class digital experience that empowers clinicians to deliver high quality, effective, patient-centered care—at scale.
