Your Mission:

  • Support the planning, execution, and analysis of international CRM campaigns, such as newsletters and lifecycle flows.
  • Analyze CRM performance metrics, including open rate and click rate, to derive initial insights and help build automated customer campaigns.
  • Support audience segmentation and campaign personalization, collaborating closely with teams like Webshop and Graphic.

Your Qualifications:

  • You are enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field with a strong interest in E-Commerce and CRM.
  • You have a solid analytical mindset, enjoy working with data, and ideally have first experience with tools like Tableau and CRM tools such as Klaviyo.
  • You work in a structured, detail-oriented way, are proactive and eager to learn, and communicate clearly in English, ideally with additional language skills in Dutch or French.
