Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand revenue across new and existing accounts.
  • Lead strategic account planning, including forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking to meet growth targets.
  • Collaborate with operations and proposal teams to shape solutions and maximize win rates on proposals and RFPs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional sales experience in the energy industry working directly with utilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in a related field with technical knowledge of the electric utilities industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRMs and strong skills in communication and sales presentations.
