Job Description

Capital Rx is seeking a Customer Care Pharmacy Technician to act as the primary point of contact for incoming member calls and prior authorization inquiries. In this role, you will intake thorough prior authorization requests and advise callers on options for exception requests based on client benefit elections. You will also triage incoming calls, resolve issues, and address concerns promptly while acting as a valuable resource for Customer Service Representatives, stepping in as needed. Additionally, you will support the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse program by reviewing pharmacy claims information and communicating findings to internal staff. The qualified candidate will be able to work independently in a remote, high-volume, fast-paced, metric-driven call center environment using multiple computer systems at once.
