Job Description
This role supports the portfolio of exclusive first-class lounges, requiring a hands-on leader working during peak service hours. Responsibilities include developing training guidelines, creating standard operating procedures with a focus in luxury food and beverage in a restaurant, event space, or hotel operation.
Areas of focus will include all aspects impacting the guest experience, including adult beverage knowledge, technical steps of service skills, and other aspects that drive service excellence. Additionally, the role assists in concept development, prepares for RFP responses, and participates in experiential presentations to lead event coordination and service.
