Lead Designer

The Lead Designer in our Authoring team is focused on delivering exceptional design craft and driving multiple workstreams autonomously. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of the survey creation and respondent flows in SurveyMonkey platform, ensuring design solutions meet both end-to-end user needs and business objectives. Our Lead Designer’s mission should be to set the standard on implementation of a survey creation experience that is as rigorous in concept-to-production translation as it is seamless and simplistic – whether it’s serving a novice user or a professional researcher. You will drive strategic value and bring your innovative spirit to the table, develop and deliver high-quality design solutions that align with user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to ensure seamless integration of design into development processes.
