Director of Operational Finance

Role Overview:

• Serve as the primary corporate finance and financial operations contact for an assigned division, reporting to the SVP of Finance.
• Shape the annual budget and keep the division aligned with company-wide planning cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with divisional leadership to flag risks early and identify operational efficiencies.
• Own tracking of below-the-line adjustment realization and support monthly/quarterly close reporting.
• Support M&A synergy identification and integration into company financials.

Requirements & Skills:

• 7–10 years of progressive FP&A or finance partnering experience in a SaaS business.
• Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with private-equity-backed companies and modern planning platforms.
