What You'll Do:
- Build and manage affiliate and partner programs across networks and direct relationships.
- Recruit, onboard, and negotiate with partners including health bloggers and wellness creators.
- Monitor fraud, compliance, and brand safety across all placements.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years managing affiliate or performance partnership programs.
- Direct experience with networks like Impact, ShareASale, or CJ.
- Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, and hybrid commission structures.
