Responsibilities:
- Source the best cosmetic products and cooperate with factories in China.
- Order and test samples, including trial groups, comparing quality, ingredients, and price.
- Run product development from idea to launch with the supply chain lead.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years in cosmetic product development.
- Experience with OEM/ODM and private label manufacturers.
- Strong English for factory communication; Chinese market experience is a plus.
