New Business Development Manager

You will manage the calendar and travel for a senior leader, track budgets and financials, support stakeholder communications, and prepare business review materials. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-impact environment supporting cutting-edge technology initiatives, including AI-focused projects, with both domestic and international travel a few times per year. Responsibilities include managing calendar and scheduling for a senior executive, organizing meetings, managing travel arrangements, maintaining budgets, preparing business review materials, establishing communication channels, supporting project management processes, documenting business processes, reviewing contracts, and planning team meetings.
