Drive Kraken’s regulatory strategy across federal and state regimes in the U.S. Provide actionable legal guidance to the business on all regulatory matters, including regulatory strategy, licensing, registration, regulatory inquiries and ongoing regulatory obligations. Support global expansion and new product launches with forward-looking regulatory advice. Partner with regulators, policymakers, and industry leaders on first-of-their-kind issues in digital assets. Monitor global regulatory developments and help craft Kraken’s policy positions and regulatory engagement strategy. Represent Kraken in high-stakes regulatory discussions in the U.S. and abroad. Advise on regulatory implications of M&A, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
