Job Description
The Large Enterprise Solutions Director, under the leadership of the VP of Solutions, is responsible for managing all the activities related to pre-sales and resource planning. This position requires travel up to 75% of the time during peak sales periods. Responsibilities include influencing prospective customers with onsite support and remote executive overviews, leading onsite and remote opportunity blitzes for large prospective customers, providing mentorship and development for account executives, creating technical scoping activities, and generating analyses such as ROIs, cashflows, and breakeven analyses. The role also involves coordinating the completion of RFP/RFQs.
Qualifications include a proven track record of providing exceptional support to senior leaders, high business acumen, experience with Lean Six Sigma, advanced knowledge of MS Office, sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks. A BA or BS in Engineering, Manufacturing, Organizational Leadership/Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management is required, along with at least 10 years in an operations leadership role at a global manufacturing company.
