What You'll Do:
- Manage and develop a team of special education teachers and paraprofessionals to ensure IEP compliance and quality instruction.
- Monitor service delivery across all models to maintain instructional fidelity and adherence to regulations.
- Partner with district leaders and internal teams to drive program improvements and customer success.
Who You Are:
- You hold a Master's degree in Special Education and have 5-7 years of experience, including 2 years leading teams.
- You are an expert in IDEA, Section 504, and ADA, and you are passionate about coaching educators.
- You thrive in a remote-first environment and bring strong organizational and communication skills.
