Director, Business Services (Medicaid Operations)

Service Delivery & Operational Excellence:

• Own and develop best-in-class delivery processes ensuring a positive client experience and high efficiency.
• Direct review and approval of Medicaid rebate deliverables for compliance and adherence to SLAs.
• Oversee setup and maintenance of customer contracts and data in Model N systems, complying with SOC controls.

Medicaid Subject Matter Expertise & Regulatory Leadership:

• Serve as SME in Medicaid processing and contracting, sharing thought leadership across the organization.
• Understand regulatory changes and drive process and system changes to support them.
• Drive rebate savings through claims-level validations and state dispute resolution.

Team Leadership & People Development:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Medicaid operations team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Build team capability through goals, feedback, development planning, and performance management.
• Foster an inclusive, globally connected team environment for effective collaboration across regions and functions.

Client Relationship & Cross-Functional Innovation:

• Own strategic client relationships as the senior escalation point and develop strong partnerships.
• Collaborate with GP Pricing and GTN teams and work directly with product teams on system enhancements and AI adoption.
