Service Delivery & Operational Excellence:

  • Own and develop best-in-class delivery processes ensuring a positive client experience and high efficiency.
  • Direct review and approval of Medicaid rebate deliverables for compliance and adherence to SLAs.
  • Oversee setup and maintenance of customer contracts and data in Model N systems, complying with SOC controls.

  • Own strategic client relationships as the senior escalation point and develop strong partnerships.
  • Collaborate with GP Pricing and GTN teams and work directly with product teams on system enhancements and AI adoption.
