As the Product Manager for Onboarding & Enrollment you will be responsible for owning and driving outcomes associated with the critical first-mile of turning DERs into dollars: from initial signup to market-eligibility. You’ll help Voltus “simplify the complex” of distribution utilities, energy markets, and customer circumstances in order to help maximize the volume of MWUM that are eligible to enroll and re-enroll every season. This role is a mix of strategy and execution, which includes researching user and market needs, defining vision and strategy, forming and evaluating investment theses, establishing roadmaps, prioritizing outcomes, running experiments, managing cross-functional execution, and measuring the impact of your initiatives.
